Richard DuBois brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned cement finisher, having worked on a variety of high-profile construction projects throughout his career. His background includes serving as an instructor for Local 528 Cement Masons and Plasterers Apprenticeship Program for three years. Currently, Richard teaches in the PACT Program at Seattle Community College’s Wood Technology Center, where he shares his practical knowledge and expertise with the next generation of tradespeople. 

His experience as an instructor has deepened his understanding of how to teach and support learners of all backgrounds. Outside of work, Richard enjoys fishing, playing pool, traveling, and spending quality time with his four grandchildren. His calm, patient nature makes him an ideal instructor for new drivers looking for a calm, effective teaching environment.
